EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY You can only schedule the required inspections via the MGO portal before 3 p.m. the business day before the intended inspection day.

Inspections are performed on Monday, Wednesday & Friday only.  It is not possible to schedule exact inspection times.

NOTE:

  • ALL RE-ROOF AFFIDAVIT AND PICTURES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO MGO AS A PDF DOCUMENT(S)
  • The cut-off time for inspections is 3 p.m. the day before the intended inspection day.
  • Inspections cannot be scheduled, canceled, or rescheduled once an inspector has been assigned.

We’ve introduced a new online permitting system, via MGO, for submitting building permit applications, plan reviews and inspection requests with access to real-time status updates on your application.
