COVID-19 Permitting Update #2

If approved the Town’s digital stamp will be on the files as required by the PBC Building Division prior to their review. Please submit the files to the PBC Building Division to apply for a building permit—you should also review the County’s submission requirements at as they may have changed due to the COVID-19 State of Emergency.

Payments must be made via credit/debit card via telephone or mailed to 155 F Road Loxahatchee Groves, FL 33470 at your earliest convenience in order to receive any Approved Permit.

We appreciate your understanding and your patience as we function with limited staffing and transition to a wholly online process. Please email all permits and backup information (ex. NOAs, specs, or survey’s). Due to mass amounts of emails daily, please include in subject line the address information sent over is pertaining to for our tracking system.
