As of July 1st, My Government Online (MGO) is the Town’s new online portal for Code Compliance Complaints. 

All complaints should be submitted into the MGO system including any pictures that you may have.

New User Assistance

You may create a free Customer portal account as soon as you are ready to start the Code violation process if you do not already have one. The MGO customer portal is available through MGO Connect Portal. Users can quickly and easily create a user account to begin utilizing all the features of MGO. Upon creation of a user account and phone number verification, all applications associated with your phone number will be linked to your account.

Your complaint may be uploaded at any time; however, please note that it will not be processed until the next Town business day.

Technical Support

IMPORTANT NOTE: Effective July 1st, 2021 pursuant to Florida Statute 125.69, the Town of Loxahatchee Groves Code Enforcement is no longer allowed to investigate potential violations of codes or ordinances by way of anonymous complaints. A person who reports a potential violation must provide his or her name and address as part of the complaint. 

The Town of Loxahatchee Groves Code Enforcement will not create a complaint record for any potential violation that is reported anonymously. Potential violations that are reported by persons using fictitious names or addresses, pseudonyms, or aliases will be treated as anonymous complaints. The Town of Loxahatchee Groves Code Enforcement reserves the right to consult the public records to verify the legitimacy of a complainant’s name and address.

Please note: Florida has a very broad public records law. The complainant's name and address, along with any other information provided, will become public record and subject to public disclosure.

Hearings

The Special Magistrate hearings are held on the first Monday and third Wednesday of each month in Council Chambers unless changed to accommodate a holiday.
